- Myschoolshop.ae will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
- Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
- All our products are unused and in their original packaging. However, due to manufacturer or logistics errors, defects or problems may occur and we'll do our very best to resolve any issue as soon as possible.
- If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, or it did not present itself to you as advertised, Shop.AMSI will issue you a full refund or store credit for the product, provided that it is returned to us unused in its original packaging.
- Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged if opened: Such as swimwear
- You can request a return by contacting us on [email protected] within 7 calendar days of your delivery.
- Refunds will be processed as soon as the item is received by us. Refunds may take 2-7 business days to show on your credit/debit card statement.
- Items are only delivered to the student of an AMSI school.
- Order Tracking: You may view all updates to your order status as well as your package’s location at any time from your account page.
- Availability: Myschoolshop.ae will maintain a timely stock available at the time of purchase. In rare cases, an item may go out of stock, or the number of units you ordered may not be available. In that case, we will contact you about how best to proceed.
Our policy is valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 7 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product is defective
- Product is not as described
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must be unused
- Product must not be damaged
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Sale and clearance items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
In order to return an order, you must contact us first.
Visit any of our retail locations to return your items purchased through our online store. Our staff member will process your return or exchange for you.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
