  1. Can I purchase the same item for more than 1 child?
    Yes you can. You can either select one child during check out and the items will be delivered to them or place separate orders for each child for separate deliveries.

  2. How can I place an order at My School Shop
    • Login to your school portal using your credentials, then click the MySchoolShop menu and you will be redirected to the page.
      Alternatively, click the Sign In Link on the upper right corner on and using your registered email ID and school portal password login directly to the shop.
    • Search and explore the products offered for sale.
    • Select your preferred product, options and quantity and Add to Cart.
    • Review your cart, edit the items you chose if needed.
    • Click Proceed to Checkout.
    • You will be redirect to the secure payment gateway to complete the transaction. As the process may take few seconds, do not refresh, or go back until you get the transaction success or failure message.
    • You can always go back to My Account to check the status of your orders and purchase history.

    No, we don’t store any payment details on our systems. You will be redirected to a secure payment gateway for all online payment.
